Breakfast

I normally don’t have breakfast in the mornings even though it’s considered the most important meal of the day. However, I felt compelled to do so this morning. Also I got a chance to use some of the Truffle Salt I just got, which really accentuated the eggs perfectly.

Making dinner.

Made dinner for a small dinner party tonight for some realitives I haven’t seen in a while. The highlight was the Prime Rib with a truffled roasted garlic sauce.
